About Galileo Education
Inspired by the name of Christa's father-in-law, Galileo Education is a homeschooling and afterschooling support service run by Christa Novelli. Christa hails from California originally and has lived in Colorado with her husband and two children for more than a decade.
She received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley and her Masters in Public Health Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She has taken undergraduate coursework in Psychological Testing and Assessment and graduate courses in Education, Statistics, and Evaluation.
Christa has experience developing curriculum for adults and children ranging from child development curriculum for an Early Head Start program to health and nutrition programs. She is a member of Mensa and presented a workshop on enrichment of gifted children at American Mensa's Annual Gathering in 2008. Currently, Christa serves as the Fort Collins Gifted Education Examiner on Examiner.com
Christa is available to provide tutoring as well as private achievement and aptitude testing for children in Northern Colorado. Additionally, we provide online services for parents who are homeschooling or supplementing the education of their children.
