Homeschooled students are usually able to apply for many of the same scholarships as are students who attended traditional schools.  However, there are also some scholarships out there that are available only to homeschooled students.

Arizona Families for Home Education
College scholarship available for students who have been homeschooled in Arizona.  You do not need to be planning to attend college in Arizona.

Columbia College Scholarships (Missouri)
"Admitted applicants in their final year of homeschooling who score a 25 or higher on the ACT or 1140 or higher on the SAT are invited to participate in one of our scholarship days..." [five full scholarships: room/board & tuition; five full tuition scholarships]

Highland Community College Home School Scholarship (Illinois)
"Applications will be accepted from applicants who have graduated from a home school and are full-time students planning on earning an associate degree..." [$250/semester]

HOPE Scholarship for Homeschoolers (Georgia)
Covers tuition, fees and $150/semester in books for students who were homeschooled in Georgia and who attend a Georgia university or college while maintaining at least a "B" average.

Mary Baldwin College Homeschool Scholarships (Virginia)
"Mary Baldwin College proudly awards merit scholarships to homeschooled students based on ACT or SAT scores..." [Scholarship amounts range from $7,000-$13,000.]

Patrick Henry College HSLDA member Scholarship (Virginia)
"If you are going to be attending Patrick Henry as a freshman student in the fall of 2010, are part of an HSLDA member family, have a high school record of outstanding academic achievement and community service, and need financial assistance, you are eligible to apply for the scholarship..."

Boettcher Foundation Scholarship (Colorado)

Carolyn D. Bradley Scholarship
